Hi and I am glad you are here! My name is Agnes. Born in Romania, raised in California. I have lived in Ventura County most of my life. It's so beautiful and diverse that it suits most any lifestyle. I have been working on "this photography thing" for some time now. Like most people I started taking pictures when I went on vacation. It may have all started with a 3 month long backpacking trip through 9 European countries. Then when my daughters were born photography took on a whole new meaning. It was about capturing beautiful moments in time. Moments of all sorts, whether beautiful, funny, lovely, sad, or exciting. They were all pieces to my puzzle. They brought the past back, or made me think of the future. They made me feel certain moments all over again. Photography has been such a wonderful creative and artistic outlet. I like painting and crafting and building and making, but when it's all done it's only the begining, because that's when you add people and relationships that make it all come alive. And sometimes when there are no photo props in a shoot it forces me to look around and take in all the beauty just above or around me.
In the end I am just like the people I photograph. A wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and/or a friend. And in the end it's those kinds of relationships that make beautiful photographs that I cherish forever.
